This spicy sweet jam makes a great appetizer when used as a topping for cream cheese on crackers. Also melt it down as a topping for chicken or a pork dish. It is a perfect blend of the hot jalapenos and super sweet ripe peaches. I have even used it in a grilled cheese sandwich using sourdough bread, brie, pesto and the Jalapeno Peach Jam.
