Strawberry Butter Dip
This fluffy and fruity dip is great on your appetizer sideboard paired with slices of fruit, crackers or simple vanilla wafers. This recipe will also work wonderfully with other Classic Country Foods fruit butters: Pumpkin Butter, Sweet Potato Butter, Cherry Butter, Carmel Pecan Apple Butter, Classic Apple Butter, and Pear Butter!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of Classic Country Foods Strawberry Butter (full jar)
- 8 ounces of cream cheese (one block) softened
- 1 cup of Sour Cream
- Crackers,Vanilla wafers and fruit for serving
Instructions
In mixing bowl blend ingredients until smooth.
Serve in a decorative bowl with crackers and fruit on the side for dipping.
I am also going to use this dip as a filling for miniature phyllo tart shells. It should make a nice dessert “bite”. Hint – spread this on your morning bagels or waffles.
