Our bees gather pollen from fields of clover and wildflowers throughout middle Tennessee and Kentucky. Our honey is presented to you in the raw form; honey that contains all of the health benefits of bits of bee pollen and comb. Raw honey crystalizes easier, but that is how you know it is raw (unpasteurized). If you desire to take the honey from crystal back to liquid just warm the jar up in a pan of water, (starting with cool and going to warm) careful not to boil the water. You will preserve all of the healthy nutrients. Natures true sweetener!
