Made entirely by hand our jam starts with fresh ripe fruit balanced with the right amount of sugar to enhance, but not overpower, the natural flavors. Pectin gives the jam texture and citric acid adds brightness. The mixture is slow boiled over wood fires to achieve the desired rich dark jam thickness. This jam is a treat!
