Sorghum and Orange Glazed Ham
Move over expensive honey hams, a Classic Country Foods Sorghum baste with our Orange Marmalade as the finish glaze makes for a family hit! And any leftovers make great sandwiches later!
Ingredients
- 8 to 10 lb ham, spiral sliced
- 1/2 cup Sorghum
- 1 cup plus 3 Tablespoons light brown sugar, divided.
- 3 Tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
- 1-2 Oranges for garnish
Directions
- Heat oven to 275 degrees
- In a bowl stir together sorghum and 1 cup brown sugar,
- Spread sorghum mixture over ham, cover with aluminum foil and cook for 15 minutes per pound.
- Remove ham from over, remove foil.
- In a saucepan mix together mustard and Orange Marmalade plus 3 Tablespoons brown sugar. Heat just until melted and combined.
- Move ham to serving platter and spoon orange marmalade glaze over entire ham.
- Garnish around your ham platter with slices of orange.
